Summer Love - Suzy Lobodiak
Long summer drives in the country at night--
stars from the heavens glisten like diamonds, complete absence of blinding city lights, the sound of buzzing cicadas chime in. As we cruise down the winding gravel roads, rocks pop up in the air onto the car. Leaning out the window, my dark hair flows in the cool, gentle wind while we drive far. No final destination, we just ride. The man in the moon watches us closely, while we adventure through the countryside. The world sleeps, but we are not lonely. Never releasing his hand I hold tight. We, carefree lovers, travel through the night. |
Suzy says, "I was inspired by the peacefulness of long drives in the country on summer nights when I can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature and the stars in the sky with someone I love."
